育碧周五在洛杉矶联邦法院提交的版权侵犯诉讼中称，阿里巴巴集团所属游戏公司简悦开发的《 F2区》“几乎照抄”了《彩虹六号：围攻》，“经不起推敲”。育碧在诉讼中称，《彩虹六号：围攻》的全球注册玩家达到5500万，每天有超过300万人在玩这款游戏。《彩虹六号：围攻》还是一款电子竞技游戏，供职业和半职业战队争夺数百万美元的奖金。

多人竞技游戏之一，也是育碧最具价值的知识产权之一，”育碧称号，”《 Area F2》几乎在所有方面都抄袭了《彩虹六号：围攻》，从玩家的选人界面到最终凸起界面以及这之间的所有内容。”

阿里在2017年收购了简悦，以加强网游和手游业务。去年年底，简悦开始通过YouTube，Facebook，Instagram以及Twitter平台在美国推广《 Area F2》游戏。诉讼显示，《 Area F2》上月已经通过手机和平板电脑面向公众开放下载。

育碧表示，公司已向苹果，谷歌通知《 Area F2》侵犯了其版权一事，但该公司拒绝从App Store，Google Play下架这款游戏。

谷歌，阿里，苹果尚未置评。
